No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.  Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.

8.CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

 

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track {"ONT'') feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing ONT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not curren11y respond to ONT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future,we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

 

California law requires us to letyou know how we respond to web browser ONT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard tor recognizing or honoring ONT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

California "Shine The Light" Law

 

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information {if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us by using the contact details provided in the

10.MOBILE OPT-IN

 

Mobile Opt-In data collected for the sole use of Hills and Harbors, LLC to be able to communicate with the user only. Hills and Harbors, LLC will only collect names, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses from users. No other personal data will be collected.  Hills and Harbors, LLC in an effort to prevent unauthorized sharing of user data, employs end to end encryption and other access controls. Regular audits are conducted to confirm effectiveness.  Mobile Opt-in consumer data will not be transferred to external organizations, except for necessary service providers under strict confidentiality agreements.  To opt out of future communications, text STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE.
